I'm Steffi, a BACP-registered psychotherapist specialising in couples therapy.

I trained through Relate, alongside an academic background from the London School of Economics and University of California, Berkeley. I have specialist experience supporting couples through relationship difficulties, communication challenges and periods of change.

My approach is warm, practical and collaborative. I believe relationships can change when couples begin to understand the cycles they find themselves caught in. â€‹

How we can work together

I offer online sessions, making it easy to access support from wherever you are.
Every couple begins with a free 45-minute consultation.

Ongoing Couples Therapy

£90 per 50-minute session

I provide a structured and collaborative space where you can both understand the patterns, emotions and experiences that shape your relationship.

Together, we explore the cycles that leave you feeling unheard or disconnected, helping you understand what is happening between you and shift the dynamics that keep you feeling stuck.

Sessions may involve exploring your current challenges, the impact of past experiences on your relationship, and significant moments or events that have shaped how you interpret and respond to each other. The aim is not simply to communicate better in the moment, but to develop new ways of relating to one another so your relationship can feel safer, more connected and more fulfilling.

Longer sessions are available where appropriate and can be discussed during your consultation.

- Google review

"I'm really grateful for the patience and understanding you have shown [wife's name] and me. Thank you very much for your time and effort. We've found that feeling of connection and intimacy again rather than just acting as housemates and co-parents."

What happens next?

01

Book a free 45-minute consultation
Choose a time that works for you and your partner through my calendar.
All sessions take place online via Zoom, allowing you to attend from wherever you are. The consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

02

We talk about what’s happening
During the consultation, I’ll ask questions to better understand your relationship, what you have been experiencing and what you would like support with. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about my approach and how therapy works.

03

We discuss the best next step

Together, we’ll consider what path forward would be most helpful. If I feel another form of support would be more appropriate, I’ll discuss this with you and help you think through the next step.

04

We begin therapy
If we both feel that working together is the right fit, we can arrange a regular session time and begin working together.
